Settings

  1. Addition of system admin email in company settings to automatically notify administrators to create an official email for candidates to onboard, whether they are employees or contractors.
  2. Addition of authorized signatory in company settings for the final approval of the PO / MSA document signing.
  3. Configuration of work authorization status based on the business unit within the application for consistent data management.
  4. New feature of PO/ MSA workflow configuration was introduced under the settings module to help simplify and optimize the business processes.
  5. QuickBooks can now be integrated into our application with our new configuration screen Quickbooks account config’ to customize the account, item and payment related settings based on business unit. This new feature allows to streamline the accounting processes.

Sub-Contractor login - PO list module

  1. New “PO List” module in the sub-contractor login gives a comprehensive view of work order details for the respective contractors, including their PO e-signing status. This feature helps stay on top of contractor management tasks, ensuring timely completion of Work orders and efficient communication with the concerned suppliers.

  6. Syncing of datas from QuickBooks to EmployEz for accounts, items, and payment methods. This saves time and effort by accessing this information directly within our application, without having to switch back and forth between platforms.
  7. Accessibility of Q’Book integration tab to accounting role
  8. Employee pre-hire
  9. Search functionality was implemented under pre-hire approval tab for scrutinizing the employee with their basic details of name, phone number, email or with the agreement / onboarding status.
  10. SMS sending facility to our pre-hire approval process, allowing to notify newly hired candidates to fill and sign their documents with ease.
  11. Employee create/edit
  12. Defaulting of pay provider Id while creating an employee profile, to alert the HR while performing the payroll extract in-order to sync the profile with the pay provider.
  13. Sub-Contractor onboarding dashboard:
  14. Initiate PO tab is implemented in sub-contractor on-boarding dashboard, where HR can initiate the signing process of PO agreement. PO agreement will be auto-populated with Work order data and initiated from the adobe platform for e-signing between the procurement department and suppliers.
  15. Implementation of 3 level journey of MSA and PO agreements with HR reviewing and approving the forms followed by the sub-contractor and authorized signatory signing.

  17. BGC documents are captured in onboarding document list with respect to contractors assigned to Work order.
  18. In account rep tab, provision is given to add multiple recipients for the invoice with ease.
  19. Enhancement feature of enable invoice edit in account rep tab allows editing of time sheet hours while generating invoice, making the process even more flexible and convenient. With this feature enabled, changes to the time sheet hours can be made without having to start the invoice creation process over from scratch.
  20. Resource allocation
  21. In connection with the projects that are expired, project extension grace period has been extended to 30 days.
  22. Immigration docs
  23. Under immigration documents, categorization capabilities have been enhanced to easily organize and manage the immigration documents. New documents can be added based on their respective category, and even move existing documents to the appropriate category using our intuitive Move option.
  24. Mobile application
  25. Enhancement of mobile application to include internal / in-house projects.
