Switch to Azure Cloud platform:

  1. Moved the hosting environment from AWS to the secure Microsoft Azure platform
  2. The single-tenant architecture was introduced for clients who do not want to go with the Saas model

Employee central:

  1. Timesheets:
  2. Admin timesheet was introduced for employees unable to enter time. The time coordinator would enter time for those employees using the admin TS
  3. Email notifications are sent to
  4. Managers when timesheet, time off request or expense request is submitted.
  5. Employees get a notification when a timesheet or expense request is rejected
  6. HR manager when a change request is submitted by an employee

Disciplinary module:

  1. When an employee exhibits undesirable behavior on duty, managers can record the incident using this module. Select the Employee, date, location, and type of activity and add comments.
  2. The list of disciplinary actions can be viewed in Reports-> Approver and Reports-> HR tabs.

Enhancement

  1. Reports:
  2. The utilization report was completely revamped. You can view entries grouped by employees, projects, or clients by selecting the corresponding field in the table header.
  3. Approver-> Timesheet report added
  4. Option to rehire inactive employees added: using the HR->Employee->Inactive employee option, you can select an inactive employee and rehire them.
  5. Invoicing:
  6. Integration with Quickbooks enhanced to support multiple selections of invoices to be sent to QuickBooks.
  7. In the invoice updation tab, we introduced the payment method (ACH and check) in the dropdown.
  8. During invoice generation, the amount to be invoiced is populated in the ‘Invoice Amount’ text box, but the accountant can change this amount based on what is to be invoiced depending on other conditions.
  9. Multiple invoices can now be selected for updating in the invoice updation tab.
