Settings

  1. Time-off Codes can now be configured based on the business unit. 
  2. Introduced a new time-off code, "Casual Leave," giving you more flexibility in managing employee time-off. 
  3. Enhanced Company Settings to allow selection of Vacation Calendar window and Vacation Unit as Hours or Days based on business unit requirement. 

Reports

  1. Introducing a new Financial Report dedicated to Time & Materials (T&M) projects, providing detailed insights and analysis for better project management and financial tracking. 

 

Enhancements

Employee Central

  1. Hiring Date values now automatically populate into Effective Date fields in the Compensation and Benefits tabs. 
  2. Time Approver and Partial Timesheet options are added for improved flexibility and control over timesheet submissions. 
  3. The hiring date and salary information from the Offer letter, processed through Adobe, are automatically populated into the Compensation tab. 
  4. Super Admin privileges now include the ability to edit the Hiring date. 

Receivables

  1. Alerts now include the previous three months' status, enhancing oversight and prompting timely action.

  2. Revamped the current monthly vacation accrual process to account for both the business unit and vacation type

  1. Capture insurance details for employees directly on the onboarding form.

  1. For Time & Materials (T&M) Work Orders, Margin and Gross Profit for C2C Hiring model will be calculated automatically.
